Tai-Chi

New Sessions will begin on Thursday, January 25th!
          Tai Chi is a low impact excercise routine that originated in China and now practiced all over the world. It's ancient movements can help our modern world. Benefits include strength, improved flexibility, balance, and coordination. Participants enjoy stress relief as it also promotes relaxation, calmness, and peace of mind.

     Medical expenses are extremely costly. Regular Tai Chi practice may help prevent health problems such as elevated blood pressure and injuries due to falls. Prevention is always better than a disorder's cure - and is saving your money in the long run!

Your health is too important not to try this class!
